Qualifications include a JD from an accredited school, MA bar admission, and 5+ years in estate planning with high-net-worth experience. The firm supports a flexible hybrid schedule and rewards exceptional performance.

Formación

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in Massachusetts.
• 5+ years of dedicated practice in estate planning and wealth preservation.
• Proven track record handling high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients ($10M+ portfolio experience strongly preferred).
• Experience with private equity structures, complex business entities, or sophisticated tax strategies is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Structure, draft, and implement sophisticated estate plans, trusts, and wealth transfer strategies for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clientele.
• Serve as a primary client-facing attorney, providing high-touch counsel and developing long-term advisory relationships.
• Advise on asset protection, family business succession, private equity holding structures, and tax planning strategies.
• Collaborate with partners, family offices, CPAs, and financial advisors to execute comprehensive estate strategies.
