Lennar Title is seeking an Escrow Closing Assistant (on-site) to support the review of commitments, estoppels, payoffs, and title clearance, and to prepare CD settlement statements. You will help ensure homebuyers are satisfied and assist in welcoming guests and handling clerical tasks.

This role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, reception or customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Reception and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review commitments, order estoppels, payoffs, and clear title requirements.
• Prepare CD settlement statements for closings.
• Assist in marketing to attract and retain clients.
• Maintain the office lobby and greet guests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls with polished etiquette.
