Curative is seeking a BE/BC Electrophysiology Cardiologist to join a large, collaborative cardiology group in Southern Oregon. The role is 98% EP with substantial volume growth and a clear partnership track. Two EP lab days and three clinic days weekly, with strong support staff and EPIC integration.

The practice offers a tight partnership path, a starting income guarantee in year one, and future ownership opportunities in outpatient labs and real estate after two years.

Qualifications

• Pure EP focus: ~98% EP practice with minimal general cardiology duties.
• Fast 1-year track to partnership with a $15,000 buy-in plus future real estate and outpatient lab ownership opportunities.
• Volume growth across 2023–2026: Pacer/ICD +31%, Ablations +41%, Watchman +58% (annualized).
• Schedule: 2 EP lab days and 3 clinic days per week; EP call weeks adjust clinic schedules for inpatient procedures.
• Dedicated EP Physician Assistant and growing APP support; strong scheduling, orders, and admin staff.
• EPIC integrated across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive EP procedures including pacing, ICDs, ablations, Watchman, and device implants.
• Collaborate with cardiology team and APPs to provide patient care across EP services.
