Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including key holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills.
• Physical capability to withstand prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and twisting.
• Ability to consistently lift over 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Set and clean dining areas before, during, and after service.
• Assist servers and in side work and carryout expediting.
• Provide water service and assist in carrying food trays to tables.
• Remove soiled dishes and linen; replace as needed.
• Clean floors in dining areas and maintain tidy tables with silverware and glassware.
• Maintain club standards and contribute to a memorable member experience.
