Job summary

CACI, in partnership with the DIA JCITA program, seeks a Counterintelligence RDA Instructor to advance CI training for DoD personnel. The role demands a TS/SCI with poly and a credentialed Special Agent background to lead materials development and field exercises.

You will analyze course needs, maintain currency of materials, and participate in evaluations to ensure training effectiveness and mission readiness.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with poly or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Credentialed Special Agent.
• 5 years' experience in CI Support to RDA, CIP, and FISS.
• Graduate of the CI Support to Research or equivalent course.

Responsibilities

• Use instructional system design to analyze, write objectives, develop materials, and maintain course content.
• Engage in research to keep materials current and relevant.
• Evaluate training needs and participate in course evaluations to measure knowledge transfer.
• Identify training materials and methods needing revision based on evaluations.
• Plan and develop internal strategies; participate in meetings to resolve issues.
• Lead or participate in practical field exercises.
