Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Counterintelligence Instructor for the JCITA program in Quantico, VA. The role delivers world-class CI instruction, develops and certifies course material, and assesses students during long training days, including weekends with travel across the NCR and CONUS.

The ideal candidate has JCITA training or graduation, a TS/SCI with poly, and is able to relocate within commuting distance of Quantico.

Qualifications

5 years of demonstrated experience conducting, instructing, or supervising in accordance with the DoDI-S5240.09.
TS/SCI w/ Poly or ability to obtain poly.
Graduate of JCITA in the field you will be instructing.
Willing to relocate or live within commutable distance to Quantico, VA

Responsibilities

Provide world-class, Counterintelligence Instruction.
Plan, develop, and execute training certification for the course you will instruct.
Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed 8 hours a day, includes weekends, and requires travel within the NCR and CONUS.
Provide CI subject matter expert expertise for course development, instruction, and mentorship.
Employ blended learning techniques including eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.
