Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Counterintelligence Surveillance Instructor (CSC) to lead world-class CI surveillance instruction within the JCITA program.

The role requires planning and executing discreet surveillance operations in support of CI missions, with travel across the NCR and occasional CONUS assignments. The ideal candidate has TS/SCI with poly, at least five years of DoD CI surveillance experience, and JCITA course familiarity.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI w/Poly or ability to obtain poly.
• Five years of demonstrated experience conducting, instructing, or supervising DoD CI surveillance.
• Expert knowledge of threat country foreign intelligence entities' (FIE) methodologies, TTPs.
• Experience as a JCITA CI Surveillance Course Instructor or graduate of the JCITA CI Surveillance Course.
• Able to sit/stand for up to 2 hours, walk up to 5 miles in a day.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class CI Surveillance Course (CSC) instruction.
• Plan, conduct, and debrief discreet CI surveillance operations for CI missions.
• Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises, including weekends and NCR travel.
• Provide CI SME expertise for course development and OFCO support to CI.
• Use blended learning: eLearning, lectures, discussions, team exercises, case studies and demonstrations.
