It's A Secret Med Spa is seeking an experienced Cosmetic Injector in Chandler, AZ. The role requires an active RN license, BLS certification, and a flexible weekend schedule. You will perform neurotoxin and filler injections, document client records, and support marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• RN license issued by the state is required.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• Working weekends and a flexible schedule is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client's needs and develop aesthetic treatment plans and product recommendations.
• Perform neurotoxin and filler injections according to standards and state law.
• Train peers and new hires on services and company guidelines.
• Promote company services on social media with Marketing team support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client medical records for treatments.
• Assist with inventory management and counts as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work/treatment area at all times.
• Attend continuing education and team meetings as requested.
