Job summary

American IV in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Provider / Injector (RN, NP or PA) to perform cosmetic injectables, weight loss and IV vitamin therapy. This part-time role has growth potential to full-time and offers $45-$70 per hour plus performance bonuses.

Responsibilities include consultations, personalized treatment plans, laser treatments (preferred but not required), patient education, and supervising the on-site clinical team while maintaining safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN, NP or PA in AZ in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on aesthetic injection experience.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and assessment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a small team.
• Willingness to perform weight loss and IV therapies and possibly laser treatments.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments: cosmetic injectables (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators), weight loss, IV therapy, laser treatments
• Conduct consultations and develop personalized, comprehensive treatment plans, and ensure safe, effective results
• Educate patients on treatments, products, and post-care
• Encourage repeat and referral visits by building relationships with clientele
• Provide medical oversight for all services
• Collaborate with estheticians and support staff to ensure seamless patient care and an exceptional client experience.
• Maintain Laser Safety Officer certification (practice will pay for certification if necessary to obtain)
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and compliance with state regulations.
• Assist in business growth through patient education and retention
