MANOR Aesthetics and Wellness is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector in Phoenix, AZ. You will own the patient relationship from consultation through treatment, performing neurotoxin and dermal filler procedures while building a loyal patient base.

The role emphasizes thoughtful treatment planning, patient education, and collaboration with the clinical team to deliver exceptional outcomes. Excellent compensation with base, commissions, and bonuses awaits top performers.

Qualifications

• Active RN, PA or NP license
• 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience
• Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and treatment planning
• Proven ability to build long-term patient relationships
• Commitment to safe, ethical aesthetic medicine
• Collaborative, team-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators
• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop full-face treatment plans
• Build and maintain a loyal patient base through exceptional outcomes
• Educate patients on options, aftercare, and realistic expectations
• Collaborate with Estheticians and other providers on treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards
• Engage in ongoing clinical education and advanced training
• Support clinic events and community initiatives to foster patient relationships
