Job summary

Diamond Accelerator in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN) to join our boutique-style clinic. This role starts part-time with an inherited client base and a clear path to full-time hours as we grow, backed by a nationally recognized brand.

You will perform aesthetic injections with neurotoxins, dermal fillers and related therapies, collaborate with estheticians, and maintain compliant charting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Arizona.
• 3+ years of hands-on aesthetic experience.
• Strong track record of patient retention, clinical safety, and complications management.
• Excellent interpersonal, patient-care, and consultative communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth aesthetic consultations and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
• Safely and skillfully administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and advanced injectables to achieve balanced, natural-looking results.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge across key portfolios, including Allergan, Galderma, Evolus, and Merz.
• Educate patients on loyalty programs such as Allē and Aspire.
• Educate patients on full-face rejuvenation and the connection between aesthetic treatments and overall skin health.
• Collaborate closely with estheticians, wellness providers, and front-desk staff to provide an integrated patient experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient charting and medical documentation in accordance with state and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in company-sponsored continuing education, peer shadowing, and advanced training opportunities.

Salary: $40-$55 per hour + performance-based bonuses (depending on experience)

• 3+ years of hands-on aesthetic experience, with progressive experience in advanced cosmetic injecting.
• Strong track record of patient retention, clinical safety, and complications management.
• Excellent interpersonal, patient-care, and consultative communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Laser Technician.
• Experience with regenerative therapies, including PRP/PRF/PDGF, microneedling, or hair restoration.
• Familiarity with wellness modalities such as peptides, GLP-1s, IV therapy, and hormone replacement.

Compensation & Benefits
