Qualifications

• Current or recent Consumer Direct / mortgage call center experience.
• Experience handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Ability to accurately pre-qualify borrowers.

Responsibilities

• Convert internet leads into funded loans.
• Manage loans from application through closing.
• Make and receive 75–150+ calls per day.
