Summary: A fast‑growing, national, independent mortgage banker is seeking a highly experienced, goal‑oriented Consumer Direct Manager to lead and grow its consumer direct department. The Consumer Direct Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing the consumer direct department within the company, focusing on growth, customer service, and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and strategic leadership within the consumer direct department
• Identify and develop viable consumer direct lead sources
• Collaborate with company leaders to build a compliant and seamless consumer direct process
• Drive performance by leveraging technology, setting challenging team and individual objectives, enforcing aggressive follow‑up protocols, and formulating strategies to help the consumer direct team achieve their objectives
• Provide ongoing training and development to the consumer direct team, ensuring they have the knowledge and skill to achieve their goals and metrics
• Monitor key performance metrics to identify areas for growth and improvement
• Establish a P&L for the consumer direct division
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape to adjust departmental strategies as needed
• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the consumer direct team

Requirements
