Total Mechanical Service is hiring an HVAC, refrigeration and cooking equipment technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen and refrigeration gear at customer sites. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to emergency calls, and support on-site operations.

Ideal candidates have experience with fryers, ovens, steamers, walk-ins, and ice machines, plus EPA universal certification. A company vehicle is provided, with benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing cooking, refrigeration, or HVAC equipment or related military background.
• Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills and hands-on aptitude.
• Effective customer communication and professional appearance.
• Completion of background check and drug screen as required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a safe driving record.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment.
• Provide respectful, professional service to customers and coworkers.
• Complete service calls promptly and accurately document work.
• Communicate with customers, dispatchers, managers, and sales teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
• Identify new customers and opportunities within accounts.
• Maintain the service vehicle and order parts as needed.
• Complete required paperwork and attend training sessions.
• Attend training and stay current with equipment updates.
• Other duties as assigned.
