Job summary

Anchor Heating & Air Co in the Douglasville, GA area is seeking a Commercial HVAC Project Manager to lead project planning, client coordination, and budget control within commercial HVAC projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in estimating for the commercial construction sector and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities include managing field operations, coordinating with subcontractors and city officials, and ensuring safety and contractual compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and managing multiple construction projects.
• Experience with standard installation, operations, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• EPA and OSHA-10, -30 certifications highly preferred.
• Must possess a current valid driver’s license and pass a drug test/background check.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute project work plans and manage day-to-day field operations.
• Interact with clients, schedule and lead status meetings with subcontractors and city officials.
• Budget reconciliation and change order review.
• Review deliverables and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Coordinate with accounting to produce progress payment applications.
