Job summary

Robbins Research International, led by Tony Robbins, is seeking elite Coaching Sales Representatives to enroll prospects into our Results Coaching Program via telephone. This inside-sales role rewards top performers with uncapped commissions and a remote, home-based setup.

You will handle outbound and inbound calls, qualify leads, and strive to exceed enrollment quotas while maintaining CRM records. Ideal candidates bring at least six years of sales experience, exceptional consultative selling

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of recent sales experience, with a proven track record as a top producer, preferably in an inside sales environment.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and excel in a high-performance culture.
• Exceptional consultative selling skills with a deep passion for personal growth and making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Handle scheduled sales calls, converting them into coaching sales or down sells/cross sells with a high success rate.
• Execute outbound calls to potential and existing customers to qualify leads and sell coaching programs and other products and services.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly coaching enrollment goals, with a strong focus on down sells and cross sells.
• Maintain impeccable records of sales activities and statistics within the CRM.
• Build and nurture deep, lasting relationships with customers.
• Occasionally travel to sell coaching at events.
