Job summary

Desert Mountain Club, a premier private country club in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences in our Food & Beverage team. This is a guaranteed year-round wage with a flat-dollar base of $23 per hour or more based on experience.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience in a full-service restaurant is required.
• Prior high-end club or resort experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of menu items and beverage pairings.

Responsibilities

• Present menus, suggest dishes, and assist with beverage service.
• Communicate customer preferences to the culinary team.
• Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage items including cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Deliver a high-level dining experience as a family serving family.
• Provide personalized service using guest name recognition.
