Invited Clubs in Ipswich, MA is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding service to members and guests at the club. The role supports golf operations by handling bags, preparing carts, and maintaining the cleanliness of work areas.

You'll load and unload bags, assist with etiquette, marshal carts, keep facilities tidy, and work with range staff to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for golfers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication with members and staff.
• Good knowledge of golf etiquette and rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing them for play.
• Promote club events and keep members informed about amenities.
• Marshal carts, track usage, and ensure carts are clean and maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness of cart barn, storage areas, and external spaces.
• Set up practice areas and ensure equipment is stocked.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters.
• Complete daily assignments and keep areas organized.
