Job summary

Penmarc Inspired Spaces, LLC is seeking a hands-on Trim Carpenter to install millwork, cabinets, and closet organizers for residential and commercial clients. You will manage field installations, coordinate with customers, and uphold craftsmanship and professionalism on every project.

The role requires 5+ years of carpentry experience, ability to read blueprints, and a valid driver's license. EPA RRP certification is preferred or obtainable within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction, carpentry, cabinetry, remodeling, or millwork.
• Ability to read blueprints and math basics.
• EPA RRP Lead Renovator Certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Own basic hand tools and maintain personal tools for efficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install closets, cabinetry, trim, millwork, and finishes per specs.
• Ensure installations are plumb, level, and securely fastened.
• Read blueprints, measure, cut materials with hand/power tools.
• Maintain safety, collaborate with managers, and meet timelines.
