Job summary

Penmarc Inspired Spaces, LLC is hiring a Trim Carpenter to install custom closets, cabinetry, trim, and millwork for residential and commercial clients. You will manage field installations, ensure plumb and level finishes, and deliver high-quality workmanship with excellent customer service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, EPA Lead Renovator Certification within 30 days, 5+ years in carpentry/remodeling, and ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• EPA Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Lead Renovator Certification within 30 days of hire.
• OSHA training preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, cabinetry, remodeling, and millwork.
• Experience in interior trim, remodels, renovations, shelving, or closet organizers.
• Ability to read blueprints and layouts.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Install custom closets, cabinetry, trim, millwork, and related finishes to meet project specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications accurately.
• Collaborate with Market Managers and Scheduling Coordinators to meet timelines.
• Use hand and power tools safely and precisely.
• Maintain clean, safe workspaces and professional client interactions.
