Job summary

Penmarc Inspired Spaces, LLC is seeking a skilled Trim Carpenter to install millwork, cabinets, and closet organizers for residential and commercial clients. You will manage field service installations, ensure installations are plumb and level, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with professionalism.

You will read blueprints, measure precisely, and use hand and power tools to complete tasks. Travel to job sites is required, with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Lead Renovator Certification within 30 days of hire.
• 5+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, cabinetry, remodeling, and millwork.
• Ability to read blueprints and layouts.
• Own basic hand tools; possesses essential specialty tools (HEPA vacuum).
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support customer experience through every installation.
• Install closets, cabinetry, trim, millwork, and finishes per specs.
• Read blueprints, measure and cut materials safely.
• Maintain schedules and communicate progress to scheduling.
• Ensure quality workmanship and professionalism on site.
• Keep workspace clean and safe; follow safety protocols.
• Coordinate with Market Manager and teammates to meet timelines.
