Job summary

Thunder Valley Casino Resort in Lincoln, CA is seeking a part-time Table Games Dealer. You will deal all games in a friendly, professional manner and provide Four Diamond service while remaining knowledgeable about promotions and events at the resort.

Responsibilities include maintaining game pace and dealer accuracy, training guests on various games, and adhering to internal controls and policies. Must be 21+ and able to obtain the UAIC Tribal Gaming License.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must pass departmental audition.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Basic money handling skills.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations quickly.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Deal games efficiently and accurately.
• Provide Four Diamond service and friendly interactions with Guests and Team Members.
• Assist in training Guests not familiar with various table games products.
• Demonstrate knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures.
• Deal games in accordance with internal controls and maintain dealer efficiency metrics.
• Safeguard assets and ensure accurate payouts.
• Maintain table cleanliness and proper chip/tray organization.
• Open and close tables and report irregularities to supervisors.
