Job summary

Thunder Valley Casino Resort in Lincoln, CA seeks a Bar Porter to maintain clean, stocked beverage stations and ensure product freshness. You will prepare bars, restock liquor and glassware, and assist with keg changes while following safety and health standards.

Responsibilities include operating bar equipment, reporting malfunctions to Beverage management, and supporting department projects in a busy casino setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in writing and verbally.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Stock ice and wash and restock glassware, clean bar areas, and set up portable bars.
• Restock and rotate beverage station supplies and replace empty liquor bottles.
• Ensure proper operation of bar equipment and report malfunctions to management.
• Maintain health and safety procedures and safe chemical handling per OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with moving tables, chairs, and portable bars as needed.
