Job summary

Northern Bank & Trust Company is seeking a Sales & Service Manager (AVP) to lead branch operations, drive revenue growth, and deliver white-glove service. This role balances on-floor leadership with proactive relationship-building to expand the branch book of business.

The incumbent will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and manage performance to achieve revenue and service targets in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in sales/service management in branch/retail/financial services
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and client satisfaction
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced client-facing environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport at all levels
• Strong knowledge of bank compliance, KYC, BSA
