Qualifications

• Three years bartending experience.
• One year fine dining or high-end resort experience.
• Extensive liquor, beer, wine and mixology knowledge.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Pleasant and helpful personality.

Responsibilities

• Serve drinks and food at the bar.
• Maintain par levels for bar inventory and prepare daily orders.
• Handle cash and banking procedures per Accounting.
• Perform monthly bar inventory checks.
• Learn and apply suggestive selling techniques during services.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidy appearance of bar area and uniform.
