Table Mountain Casino Inc. is seeking an experienced Bartender to serve alcoholic beverages and food with exceptional hospitality standards. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare cocktails, and process payments while adhering to ABC rules and Responsible Beverage Service guidelines.

You will maintain bar cleanliness, balance the cash drawer, and provide accurate service to ensure guest satisfaction. Prior experience and a state license are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of two years in food & beverage or hospitality
• One year of bartending experience
• Must obtain ABC server training certification
• Must obtain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification
• Passing pre-employmentdrug/alcohol test and background check, gaming license

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and create a friendly atmosphere.
• Promote and document drink orders including call and premium brands.
• Prepare cocktails and beverages according to recipes and ABC requirements.
• Input orders into POS and manage checks and payments.
• Maintain bar area, glassware, and cleanliness.
• Ensure safe and responsible alcohol service; check IDs.
• Balance house bank at start and end of shift.
• Provide knowledgeable answers about menu items and services.
• Assist in serving food to guests at the bar as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
