Table Mountain Casino Inc. is seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to provide beverage and light food service to patrons at our casino venues.

The role emphasizes accurate order taking, menu knowledge, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of mixology experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while upholding ABC alcohol service guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; ABC server training as required.
• Minimum 1 year of mixology and cocktail preparation experience.
• Excellent customer service and guest interaction skills.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to obtain and maintain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and take beverage and food orders from patrons.
• Check in with customers throughout their visit.
• Understand bar menu and make informed recommendations.
• Serve beverages and food accurately and promptly.
• Maintain clean work area and comply with health regulations.
• Input orders into POS and manage checks.
• Ensure safe alcohol service and verify age.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in events.
