Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional food and beverage service during events and banquet functions.
• Performs related banquet set-up tasks according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
• Provides immediate attention to guests upon arrival.
• Garnishes and decorates dishes prior to serving.
• Serves all courses of meal presentations with outstanding service.
• Pours and replenishes wine, coffee, water and other beverages.
• Polishes glassware, china and silverware.
• Clears and resets tables and assists in closing functions.
• Resets banquet room according to specifications for the next function.
• Takes directives from Captains and Management.
