Job summary

Wisconsin Aviation is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to warmly welcome visitors, pilots and passengers and coordinate ground handling on the flight line. You will manage multi-line communications, scheduling and billing inquiries while supporting internal operations and external clients.

Requirements include at least 1 year in a customer-facing role; aviation knowledge is welcome but full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role.
• Willingness to work some holidays and at least one weekend day per week.
• Aviation knowledge is preferred but full training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, pilots and passengers with warmth and hospitality.
• Manage front desk operations, coordinate arrivals/departures and ground handling requests.
• Provide concierge services including transportation, catering and accommodations.
• Handle multi-line phone communications, scheduling and billing inquiries.
