Nashville Door seeks a Door Technician to diagnose, repair, and install commercial door systems in a fast-paced environment. You’ll represent our brand in the field, working on automatic doors, storefronts, and related entrances with a customer-first mindset.

As part of a veteran-led team, you’ll uphold core values, follow safety standards, and pursue AAADM certification, with opportunities for advancement and competitive pay plus overtime and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years installing or servicing automatic/commercial doors or related trades.
• Mechanical aptitude with hand/power tools and low-voltage diagnostics.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and rotating on-call.
• Lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work on your feet in varying environments.
• High-school diploma/GED; valid driver’s license; pass background and drug screen.
• Current AAADM Certification.
• Growth mindset and continuous improvement attitude.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and install automatic doors, storefronts, rotating doors on-site.
• Meet with customers before/after work to review scope and recommendations.
• Submit dispatches, work orders, notes, and time logs; request parts.
• Manage parts on the service vehicle and maintain a clean, safe jobsite.
• Follow OSHA/AAADM safety standards and ensure doors meet code.
• Model the Make it Work, Incredible Service, Enjoy the Ride, and Better Every Day values on every call.
