Job summary

Lithia & Driveway’s DCH Academy Honda in New Jersey is hiring Class B/C technicians for a fast-paced, lucrative role. You will diagnose, repair, and road-test vehicles, with Saturday availability expected and comprehensive benefits.

The position requires 2–5 years of dealership experience, ASE certifications, and proficiency with scan tools and service information systems. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Class B and/or C technician with 2–5 years in dealership or private shop.
• ASE and manufacturer certifications current.
• Experience using scan tools and service information systems.
• Ability to independently perform brake, suspension, and steering repairs.
• Proficient in engine maintenance and basic electrical diagnostics.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy following Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction and complete all work to applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair orders, report test results and time per procedures.
• Maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.
