Qualifications

• 2–5 years of dealership or private shop experience.
• ASE and manufacturer certifications up-to-date.
• Experience using scan tools and service information systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose cause of malfunction and repair per standards.
• Road-test vehicles after repairs to ensure quality.
