Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Springfield is hiring technicians to join a high-performance service team focused on precision and advanced Hyundai technology in Springfield, Ohio. Your mission includes diagnosing drivability, electrical, hybrid and EV concerns, performing repairs to Hyundai standards, using GDS/GDS-M and factory

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Hyundai dealership experience required.
• Hyundai certifications are highly valued.
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability expertise.
• Experience with hybrid and electric vehicle systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing complex drivability, electrical, hybrid, EV, engine, transmission, and ADAS concerns with confidence.
• Performing repairs that meet or exceed Hyundai factory standards.
• Leveraging Hyundai GDS/GDS-M, factory service information, and advanced diagnostic strategies to solve challenging issues.
• Completing warranty, maintenance, and customer-pay repairs efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Delivering detailed repair documentation that reflects true professional craftsmanship.
• Mentoring fellow technicians and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Helping create an ownership experience that earns lifelong customer trust.
