Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Hyundai dealership experience required.
• Hyundai certifications are highly valued.
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability expertise.
• Experience with hybrid and electric vehicle systems is a plus.
• ASE Certifications are welcomed.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional, dependable, and committed to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex drivability, electrical, hybrid, EV, engine, transmission, and ADAS concerns with confidence.
• Perform repairs that meet or exceed Hyundai factory standards.
• Leverage Hyundai GDS/GDS-M, factory service information, and advanced diagnostic strategies to solve challenging issues.
• Complete warranty, maintenance, and customer-pay repairs efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Deliver detailed repair documentation that reflects true professional craftsmanship.
• Mentor fellow technicians and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Help create an ownership experience that earns lifelong customer trust.
