Job summary

Jeff Wyler Automotive is seeking motivated and skilled Service Technicians to join our Springfield, OH service team. You will work on eight major brands and perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive technician experience preferred.
• Automotive service or technical school training is a plus.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Able to provide own basic hand tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• ASE certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs across multiple brands.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, and computer-related concerns.
• Complete brake, oil changes, tire, fluid, and suspension services.
• Document diagnostic findings, repairs, parts, and labor clearly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate with service advisors, technicians, parts personnel, and management.
• Follow all safety procedures and strive for high workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in manufacturer training and continuing education.

Position Summary

Jeff Wyler Automotive is seeking motivated and skilled Service Technicians to join our growing service team in Springfield, Ohio. With Hyundai, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Kia, Toyota, and Chevrolet brands, our dealership offers technicians the opportunity to work on a wide variety of vehicles, systems, and automotive technologies.

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented technicians who take pride in their work and are committed to performing quality repairs and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs across multiple automotive brands.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, and computer-related concerns.
• Perform brake repairs, oil changes, tire services, fluid services, suspension repairs, and other maintenance.
• Complete warranty and manufacturer-recommended repairs according to factory procedures.
• Use diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service information to accurately identify vehicle concerns.
• Accurately document diagnostic findings, repairs, parts, and labor performed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, parts personnel, and management.
• Follow all manufacturer, dealership, and OSHA safety procedures.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in manufacturer training and continuing education as needed.
