Qualifications

• Minimum of several years of automotive service experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Hyundai experience strongly preferred, including EV systems.
• Ability to lead technicians and manage shop workflow.
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and safety.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and assist technicians across the shop.
• Provide technical guidance on diagnostics and repairs.
• Oversee Hyundai EV and advanced vehicle diagnostics.
• Ensure repairs meet Hyundai and dealership standards.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to keep jobs moving.
• Maintain safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
