Job summary

Rocky Mountain Eurosport is seeking experienced automotive brokers to join RME Brokers in Parker, Colorado. You will source, negotiate, purchase, sell, trade, and acquire vehicles nationwide while maintaining your own client relationships.

We provide inventory sourcing, dealership infrastructure, service, F&I resources, customization, and administrative support to help you grow your business. Your earning potential reflects your client base and deal flow.

Qualifications

• Automotive broker experience strongly preferred.
• Established book of automotive clients or a meaningful referral network.
• Proven ability to generate your own opportunities.
• Strong relationship‑management and client‑retention skills.
• Entrepreneurial and self‑directed with the ability to work independently.
• Experience sourcing, negotiating, and structuring automotive transactions (luxury/exotic a plus).
• Capable of managing multiple clients and transactions with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, purchase, sell, trade, and acquire vehicles nationwide for clients.
• Maintain ownership of client relationships while leveraging the dealership infrastructure.
• Provide inventory sourcing, F&I resources, customization services, and admin support to clients.
• Build and monetize long‑term client relationships.
• Develop and manage your own book of business with strong referral networks.
