Job summary

Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) seeks a qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach for the USAR H2F program.

The role designs and delivers safe, scalable training to Army Reserve personnel, coordinating with unit leaders, medical staff, and other performance professionals while operating within contract scope. The successful candidate will hold a CSCS or CSCCA certification, maintain BLS/CPR, and bring at least three years of experience designing training for tactical populations or

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
CSCS or CSCCA certification and current BLS/CPR.
At least 3 years designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for tactical populations or athletic teams.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver periodized strength and conditioning programs aligned with AFT/CFT and METL.
Collaborate with unit leadership, medical personnel, and other specialists to ensure integrated H2F support.
Maintain professional credentials and participate in required government trainings.
Coordinate travel for unit training events and prepare pre-approval requests as needed.
Train and mentor Soldiers returning from injury and support H2F education initiatives.
