Job summary

Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. seeks a qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach for the USAR H2F program to deliver evidence-informed physical performance services to Army Reserve personnel under a contractor agreement.

The role requires collaboration with unit leaders, medical staff, and performance professionals; design safe, scalable training aligned with AFT/CFT, maintain credentials, and travel for unit training as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• CSCS OR CSCCA certification must be current; BLS/CPR with AED.
• Minimum 3 years designing strength and conditioning for tactical populations or athletic teams.
• Able to lift 45 pounds and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of Army H2F standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with inter-disciplinary team to synchronize H2F programming.
• Communicate with unit leadership and COR; ensure timely reports.
• Travel for unit training and document outcomes.
