Allied Universal is hiring an Elite Security Professional - Armed for a corporate site in Tempe, AZ. The role includes conducting armed patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, and detailed reporting to protect people and property.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of security experience, an active Arizona Armed Guard Card, and the ability to work flexible shifts outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active Arizona Armed Guard Card is required.
• Three years military, law enforcement, or corrections experience OR five years armed security experience OR current Allied Universal armed status with four years.
• Willingness to train on taser and baton; ability to carry and use weapons as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct armed and/or unarmed patrols (foot/vehicle) on designated areas.
• Control access and monitor CCTV and alarms; report incidents.
• Prepare written reports and maintain logs.
• Deterrence of criminal activity and safety hazards; respond to emergencies.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Enforce site rules and post orders; communicate effectively with the public.
