Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public at a government services location using site-specific procedures and access-control practices.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry per site policies.
• Prepare clear, timely incident reports and observations as required.
