Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring an Elite Security Professional - Armed. The armed officer will conduct patrols (foot and/or vehicle) and monitor CCTV and alarms. Duties include controlling access, writing reports, and deterring misconduct.

The pay rate is $25.72 per hour. The ideal candidate has 2+ years security experience, is 21+, has an armed guard card for Arizona, and can work outside in the elements. Requirements include High School diploma or equivalent, ability to obtain required licenses,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess or obtain state and local licensing for Armed Security Officers and weapons qualifications.
• Willing to be trained to carry a Taser and baton.
• Military, law enforcement, or corrections experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Perform patrols on foot or in vehicle as assigned.
• Monitor for irregular conditions and respond to incidents.
• Report incidents with written logs and investigations.
• Control access and monitor entrances/exits to the site.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
