Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring an Armed Security Officer to deliver armed protective services for a high-profile client. Responsibilities include armed patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, incident reporting, and exceptional customer service to protect people and property.

Compensation includes $40.50 per hour base plus $5.75 per hour for hardware/shift allowances. The role requires security licenses, life-support certifications, and prior armed security or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of armed security experience or equivalent military/service.
• Excellent communication and writing skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide armed protective services and deter threats.
• Perform armed patrols, access control, CCTV and alarm monitoring.
• Prepare incident reports and assist customers professionally.
• Respond to emergencies following established protocols.
• Greet visitors and enforce site post orders and procedures.
• Patrol facility on foot/vehicle and monitor alarms.
