Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Armed Security Officer to provide armed protective services for a high-profile client. Duties include patrols, access control, CCTV and alarm monitoring, and incident reporting.

The role requires 2+ years of armed security experience or equivalent law enforcement/military background, and a willingness to undergo a federal background check including a credit check.

Qualifications

• Armed security experience or law enforcement background as required by the role.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company or customer vehicle may be required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Required certifications include CPR/AED/First Aid, firearms qualifications, NWDTP, OC/Baton/handcuffing, defensive tactics.

Responsibilities

• Provide armed security to protect people and property.
• Maintain relationships with client employees and visitors.
• Report safety concerns and security incidents in writing and verbally.
• Respond to emergencies and follow site procedures and post orders.
