Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer Elite Patrol Driver in Plano, Texas. You will perform armed patrols, monitor access points, and uphold a calm, customer-focused security presence at a retail location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or 5+ years of armed security-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with store leadership and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout retail sales areas, receiving locations, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe customer, employee, and vendor activity for unusual conditions, reporting concerns according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation while complying with applicable laws, company policies, and client requirements.
