Qualifications

• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other events calmly per protocol.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the retail location, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation related to incidents and daily activities.
