Job summary

Allied Universal in Austin, TX is seeking an Elite Armed Security Officer Driver Patrol for part-time shifts at a retail/grocery location. You will conduct armed patrols, deter incidents, provide excellent customer service, and maintain professional communications with clients and team members.

Qualifications include Level III Armed Certification in Texas, 3+ years of security or law enforcement, and a valid Texas driver’s license.

Qualifications

• At least three years of combined law enforcement, corrections, and/or military experience, or five years in armed security.
• Valid Texas driver’s license required for driving positions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Level III Armed Certification in Texas required.

Responsibilities

• Provide armed security with professional customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow established protocols and laws.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of store areas, parking lots, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity to leadership.
• Maintain incident reports and patrol logs with clear, professional documentation.
