Climate Pledge Arena seeks a part-time Commercial Kitchen Mechanic to diagnose, repair and maintain high-volume arena kitchen equipment. You will handle ovens, ranges, fryers, combis, refrigeration, prep gear and dishwashing systems, with strong electrical knowledge and ability to read schematics.

You will perform preventive maintenance, maintain service records, and communicate with clients. Candidates should be able to work independently, lift up to 50 lbs, and travel less than 10% of the time.

Qualifications

• Proven appliance/repair experience with commercial kitchen or related field service.
• Strong electrical knowledge and mechanical aptitude; refrigeration/HVAC familiarity a plus.
• Ability to read schematics and manuals for troubleshooting complex systems.
• Customer-focused with professional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with CMMS, Outlook and Excel; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, ranges, fryers, combis, hoods).
• Perform preventive maintenance and document service activities and parts used.
• Read electrical diagrams and mechanical schematics to identify issues.
• Install new equipment following safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Communicate repair plans and timelines to clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Support other engineering teams as needed and lift up to 50 pounds.
