Orion is seeking an Elite Advisor Group Relationship Manager to serve as the primary liaison for top EAG advisors, delivering high‑touch service and proactive support. You will partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless investor experience across Orion’s wealth management platforms.

The role emphasizes using approved AI tools to improve documentation, response times, and proactive advisor engagement, while maintaining regulatorily compliant practices and strong client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in relationship management or advisory support is preferred.
• Certifications/licensing (e.g., Series65) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship contact for high‑value EAG advisors ($25M+ AUM).
• Build trust through proactive communication and ongoing engagement.
• Understand advisor businesses, models, and service preferences.
• Provide guidance and tailored solutions to improve client outcomes.
• Support advisor retention and growth by enhancing operations.
