Orion Advisor Technology, LLC seeks an Elite Advisor Group Relationship Manager to serve as the primary relationship service representative for top advisors, delivering a high-touch, personalized experience. You will partner with internal teams and leverage approved AI tools to reduce administrative effort and improve knowledge retrieval.

Formación

Has a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree as required
In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, equivalent experience may be accepted
Has a minimum of three (5) years of experience as required
Industry certifications or licensing are preferred

Responsabilidades

Serve as the primary relationship contact for a high-value group of advisors
Build trust-based relationships through proactive communication
Provide guidance and tailored solutions across wealth management services
Own advisor and client issues from intake through resolution
Use approved AI tools to accelerate inquiries and improve documentation
Maintain accuracy and timely follow-up aligned to SLAs
